Now, he’s mostly Boris, Dr. Malevolent’s lowly Russian right-hand man. But that’s just on weekdays.
When he’s not robbing banks, Charlie the Bright Blue Bunny Rabbit comes out to play. Sure, he’s odd-looking, but Charlie is everything Boris isn’t. Never has a more capable rabbit existed. And he’s everything Cecil DeWitt wishes he could be.
Funny, since Cecil DeWitt is Charlie. If only he could realize that himself.
